Diversity at CPG
Diversity is woven into the fabric of our culture at the Church Pension Group. We demonstrate our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community outreach in a variety of ways.
We value and appreciate the diversity of our employees and clients, and make every effort to recognize and celebrate our differences.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, drawn from all of the CPG employees, is committed to enhancing CPG’s work environment by identifying diversity issues, engaging in support activities that celebrate our differences, and recommending changes to promote an inclusive environment.
Affinity Groups
Working Towards Change and Supporting Each Other
Affinity Groups offer a way for employees to connect about shared interests in a safe, supportive and trusting environment. Find out why members of these “open to everybody” groups think they’re so important and hear about some “a-ha!” moments that changed their perspectives.
Partnerships
Our recruiting efforts include partnerships that allow us to nurture relationships with future leaders. We currently maintain partnerships with:
- INROADS. We work with INROADS, the nation's largest non-profit source of paid internships for diverse, high-performing undergraduate students, to find diverse and qualified interns. Through our Summer Internship Program, students are offered the opportunity to work on challenging assignments that will develop their business knowledge, challenge their abilities, and strengthen their confidence. These internships often lead to full time positions.
- The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA). We participate in the NBMBAA's College Awareness Symbolizes Hope (CASH), a mentoring program that aims to prove to high school students that college is a viable and necessary option.
- The Robert Toigo Foundation. We have partnered with the Robert Toigo Foundation in mentoring pre- and current MBA students, helping to develop and support the next generation of leadership within the finance industry.
- Minority Supplier Program. This company-wide initiative identifies opportunities for expanding our partnerships with companies owned by women and other under-represented groups.
